Community Day teachers are at the heart of our school's success. They are professional, dedicated, and committed to meeting each student's needs. Community Day teachers encourage students to think critically and creatively, to reach for high standards of academic excellence, and to accept nothing less than the best from themselves and others.

Our teachers promote self-discipline and self-control in all their students. They care for the whole child and nurture personal as well as academic skills. They celebrate each child's success and provide support when help is needed.

Our teachers challenge our students to be responsible and active members of the school community and the larger communities around them.

Community Day teachers are role models who care about the children, and the religious and secular values promoted by our school. They share in the students' growing awareness of who they are and what it means to be Jewish in America.
