Yom HaShoah at CDS

Community Day School is honored to be one of six new recipients of a sapling from the Anne Frank Center USA. The sapling is grown from the horse chestnut tree that towered behind the Secret Annex in Amsterdam. The sapling will be dedicated, during the ceremony to the memory of Holocaust survivors Moshe and Malka Baran (z’l), parents of Community Day School Head of School Avi Baran Munro.
