Technology

Community Day School provides comprehensive technology education and resources to empower students to navigate the digital landscape with confidence and integrity and to understand how technology can be a force for good in our world.

In age-appropriate ways, students receive in instruction in how to use contemporary technologies and how they work.

While STEAM learning is integrated throughout our curriculum, we recently opened the Rabin Family Learning Innovation Center, which houses the Karen Rachel Hurwitz Library and the Legacy Learning Lab.

In this modern and flexible space, students across all grades come to create, innovate, tinker, explore, and discover using a variety of tools and materials.

Some of the technology and learning opportunities available include coding and robotics, green screen videos, 3-D printing, programmable sewing machines, and invention kits.
