We offer cross country, soccer, basketball, Ultimate Frisbee, track, lacrosse, and baseball for 5th Grade "Step Up" and Middle School students, and the Little Lions program for Grades 3-5.

CDS sports were definitely one of my favorite parts of my time at CDS. I made friends with people I otherwise may not have been friends with, and it made my friendships stronger. All of the coaches were inclusive and helped everyone feel like they were part of the team, even if they weren’t the best at the sport.
