In order to maintain a high quality of after-school experiences, we have instituted a program cancellation policy. Dropping a course less than one week prior to the start of course will result in an administrative fee equal to 20% of total course fee. Cancellation after the date of the first class will result in administrative fee plus the cost of the first class. No fees will be refunded after the date of the second class.
